Royal Enfield has officially unveiled the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition, a special factory-built bobber inspired by the iconic Caliber Royale custom motorcycle. Priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom), this exclusive model will be limited to just 100 individually numbered units worldwide, with only 25 units allocated to the Indian market.
Design Inspired by the Caliber Royale
The Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Limited Edition is based on the standard Shotgun 650 but features styling inspired by the Caliber Royale, a custom motorcycle created by renowned Taiwanese custom builder Rough Crafts. The motorcycle made its global debut at EICMA 2025 before being showcased in India at Motoverse 2025.
The limited edition comes finished in Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black, complemented by hand-painted gold leaf pinstripes, subtle grey graphics, and a cast brass Rough Crafts badge. Each motorcycle also features an individually numbered fuel tank, reinforcing its exclusivity.
Other premium cosmetic enhancements include black bar-end mirrors, a quilted leather seat, contrast-cut alloy wheels, and gold-finished front fork tubes, giving the motorcycle a distinctive custom-inspired appearance.
Comes With Exclusive Signed Artwork
Every Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Limited Edition will be delivered with a numbered artwork featuring a sketch of the original Caliber Royale custom motorcycle. The artwork has been designed and personally signed by Winston Yeh, founder of Rough Crafts, adding to the motorcycle’s appeal for collectors.
Registration and Sales Details
Royal Enfield will sell the motorcycle through its ‘Drop’ sales format, with the global rollout taking place in phases between July 27 and July 30.
For India, sales will begin on July 30 at 7:00 PM IST, and only 25 motorcycles will be available.
Interested buyers must register through the Royal Enfield App or the company’s official website between July 15 and July 30. On the day of the sale, the first 25 customers to successfully complete their purchase will secure one of the limited-edition motorcycles.
Same Engine, Exclusive Styling
Mechanically, the Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition remains unchanged from the standard model. It continues to be powered by the familiar 648cc parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine, producing 47 hp and 52.3 Nm of peak torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The limited edition focuses primarily on exclusive styling, premium finishes, and unique equipment upgrades. While performance remains unchanged, its limited production and distinctive design make it a highly desirable motorcycle for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
